Bilateral Relations: VSG receives Russian Ambassador

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Deputy Prime Minister, Vice Senior General Soe Win received Dr. Nikolay Listopadov, the Russian Ambassador to Myanmar, who is leaving Myanmar after completing his tour of duty.

The Vice Senior General congratulated the Ambassador on being conferred the honorary title "WunnaKyawHtin" for his outstanding performance in bilateral relations and cooperation during his 7-year tenure from 2016.

They later discussed matters related to promoting friendship and cooperation between the two countries and their respective armies, accelerating existing multisectoral cooperation, and providing reciprocal assistance in the international arena.
