Bilateral Meeting: Myanmar-Belarus issue Joint Declaration

Myanmar-Belarus Bilateral Meeting was held at the Presidential Palace in Minsk on Friday.

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and Belarusian President Mr. Alexander Gregoryevich Lukashenko attended the meeting.

During the meeting, they discussed the friendly relations between the two countries, signing MOUs during the state visit, organizing the meetings between the two foreign ministries, cooperation in industrial crops cultivation and production, enhancing collaboration in bilateral trade and economy, investment, agriculture, manufacturing of farm implements and other sectors. This was followed by signing of agreements and MOUs between the two governments. These agreements and MOUs covered a wide range of area including sports, tourism, legal affairs, agriculture and food safety.

The Prime Minister and the Belarusian President later held a media briefing, presenting joint declaration. After the meeting, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing conferred the Aggha Maha Thray Sithu Title to Belarusian President Mr. Alexander Gregoryevich Lukashenko.
