Bilateral cooperation: MOFA Union Minister received the ambassador of PRC

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of China to Myanmar Mr. Chen Hai at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Tawon 23rd March.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed the matters pertaining to the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping, the successful outcomes of Chinese People’s political consultative conference (CPPCC) and 14th National People’s  Congress (NPC) of the People’s Republic of China in 2023,the maintenance of peace and stability along the border area between Myanmar and China, and China’s continuous constructive support towards Myanmar development endeavor and for the success of the repatriation and resettlement of displaced persons from Rakhine State as well as further enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation both at regional and international arena.
