US President Joe Biden addressed the 45th Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Gala in Washington on Thursday. The event marks the start of the White House's celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Biden also addressed a new Republican strategy to send immigrants to Democratic-led cities. Two buses of migrants from Florida arrived outside the Naval Observatory, near the home of Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington early Thursday morning.

Joe Biden, US President  said "we have a process in place to manage migrants at the border. We're working to make sure it's safe and orderly and humane. Republican officials should not interfere with that process by waging these political stunts”

The president also touted the American Rescue Plan for giving Hispanic Americans better access to education and healthcare.
