US President Joe Biden hosted Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for a Quad Leaders' Summit in his home state of Delaware.

Kishida said that Japan wants to advance practical cooperation while listening to voices of ASEAN and South Asia as well as Pacific island countries. Biden emphasized that four years later the four countries "are more strategically aligned than ever before." On top of security cooperation, the leaders are also believed to have affirmed that they will work together across a broad array of spheres.
