Bestowing honorable title: Secretary, SC of Russian Federation bestowed

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar State Administration Council issued an order 240/2023 on December 4, 2023 described that the Chairman of the State Administration Council bestowed the Tharaysithu Title of the Pyihtaungsu SithuThingaha Title to Mr. Nikolai Platonovich Patrushev, the secretary of the Security Council of Russian Federation who endeavored for the friendship cooperation between the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Russian Federation.

The order was signed by the Chairman of the State Administration Council Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
