Bennett: Israel to establish field hospital in Ukraine

Israel has given approval for a field hospital in western Ukraine to provide medical treatment for displaced people. The Israeli Foreign Ministry said the field hospital was expected to be operational by next week.

The ministry added that the hospital, which will be located near the Polish border in Ukrainian territory, will operate for a month and will provide refugees with "an emergency room, a delivery room, and departments for treating men, women, and children."Israel has good relations with both Ukraine and Russia and has worked as an intermediary between the two countries since Russia military operation. Israel would allow Ukrainians who are currently in Israel to stay in the country as long as needed.
