Being Bid Farewell: Chinese rescue team seen off by Vice Chair of NDMC

The search and rescue teams, doctors, and nurses from China, who had worked tirelessly in the earthquake-affected regions of Myanmar to provide humanitarian assistance and contribute to recovery and reconstruction efforts, departed for China in the morning on April 9 by air from Nay Pyi Taw.

The teams were bid farewell at Nay Pyi Taw Military Airport by the Vice Chairperson of the National Disaster Management Committee, Union Minister for Home Affairs, Lt-Gen. Tun Tun Naung, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, U Lwin Oo, and other relevant officials, who expressed their gratitude and appreciation.
