Beijing Xiangshan Forum pledges to uphold post-war order, foster peace

The 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum opened Thursday at the Beijing International Convention Center, highlighting calls for stronger multilateral cooperation and concrete efforts to safeguard global peace. The forum has drawn more than 1,800 official representatives, scholars, and observers from over 100 countries, regions, and international organizations.

Running from September 17 to 19, the event serves as a platform for dialogue on global security, cooperation, and governance. Since its launch in 2006, the Beijing Xiangshan Forum has evolved into a major international platform for defense and security dialogue.
