



The opening ceremony of Basic Diplomatic Skills Training Course (No. 46/2024) to be opened by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Ministry’s Lokanat Hall in Nay Pyi Taw, as well as at the Wunzin Min Yazar Hall in Yangon. The Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister of Foreign Affairs, U Than Swe, attended the event in Yangon and delivered the opening remarks.
The Basic Diplomatic Skills Training Course (No. 46/2024) will be conducted in two branches at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Naypyidaw) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Yangon) from September 23rd to December 13th, 2024.
The course will run for a total of twelve weeks on office days, from 7 AM to 9 AM. Approximately 200 participants from various government organizations, ministries, and interested individuals from the private sector in international relations and diplomacy will attend.
The training will cover topics including diplomacy, international relations, international law, political economy and general knowledge in related fields, it’s learnt.
