Bar Council's Meeting : MOLA Union Minister attends the meeting in Nay Pyi Taw

The Bar Council held its meeting 2/2023 at its office in Nay Pyi Taw on the 21st of September. The meeting was attended by the Union Minister for Legal Affairs, Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo, and concerned officials.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed various matters, including amendments and additions to the 1954 Bylaws for Admission and Enrolment of Advocates, designating the service years as Advocates to assign duty as Insolvency Practitioners, announcement for applying for the position of experts in Copyright Law, posting the announcements and orders issued by the Bar Council on the website of the Ministry (www.mola.gov.mm) for the knowledge of advocates, and applying for land area and building for the Bar Council.
