Banking Sector :CBM Governor receives Indian Ambassador

Governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar Daw Than Than Swe received Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Vinay Kumar and party in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

They discussed matters on opening a special bank account for Rupee/ Kyat direct payment for bilateral trade, plans to implement as per the concept notes, remittance by migrants in India, eliminating money laundering between the two countries and technical support.
