Bangladesh flood hits eight districts

A total of eight districts have been flooded in Bangladesh due to nonstop heavy rain over the last few days. As many as 190,000 families have been marooned and one person dead, the authorities said.

According to the information of met offices, moderate to heavy rainfall is likely to be occurred in the north-eastern region of the country in the next 48 hours.A total of 309 medical teams have been opened for providing treatment to affected people.Army and Navy members have been deployed in flood affected areas.
