Bangkok authorities have issued a warning to communities living outside the Chao Phraya River, urging them to be vigilant against potential flooding from 19-23 September.

The city is preparing for heavy rainfall and rising water levels, following a weather forecast that predicts significant precipitation and strong winds across several regions of Thailand. A spokesman for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration said the agency is closely monitoring the situation and has taken proactive measures to mitigate the impact of potential flooding.
