





In a sweaty warehouse on the Indonesian resort island of Bali, a collector of vintage cars has opened up his trove for automotive enthusiasts and young Indonesians to get a glimpse of the country's history. From the 1948 Plymouth owned by Indonesia's first lady Fatmawati, to a blue American-made Ford Model T from 1917, Jos Dharmawan has hundreds of cars that speak to an Indonesia before and after Dutch rule finished at the end of World War 2.
