Bahrain's King meets with Egyptian President, blaming Iran’s strike

Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on Sunday, held a meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisiin the Bahraini capital, Manama. During the meetings, they both agreed to end to all Iranian strikes on the Arabian Gulf states immediately and showed their support for UN Security Council Resolution 2817 which demands Iran the immediate cessation of attacks against residential areas.

The two leaders stressed that protecting maritime corridors in the Strait of Hormuz is a shared international responsibility requiring global and regional cooperation.
