Bago Thingyan: Chief Minister visits Thingyan pandals in Bago

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win and party overviewed the water throwing pandals and charity feast activities in Bago on Sunday, the final day of the Myanmar traditional Thingyan water festival.

First, at the Bago Region’s Central Thingyan Pavilion, the Chief Minister and party viewed the performances of Myanmar traditional dance troupes and famous singers in front of the Bago Region Government office and presented awards. It is reported that people in Bago Region enjoyed the Bago Thingyan festival and also participated in the Walking Thingyan event.
