Azamara Quest: Cruise Carrying 649 Passengers & 402 Vessel Crew Docks At TMIT In Ygn

With the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, the support of Ministry of Transport and Communications and the arrangement of Myanmar Voyages International Tourism Co., Ltd, the MV Azamara Quest cruise ship docked at Thilawa Multipur-pose International Terminal-TMIT in Yangon via Phuket port of Thailand on Tuesday morning.

Most of the passengers on board are from the US and the UK. The cruise sailed from Phuket carrying 649 passengers from 26 western countries onboard and 402 vessel crew.

During berthing in Myanmar, the visitors will make sight-seeings in Yangon and Bago, paying a visit in Thanlyin by bikes and making visits to Bago as well as Bagan and Inle regions.

Myanmar Voyages International Tourism Co., Ltd organized the voyage for the 132nd time and Azamara Quest is the first cruise arrived to Myanmar this open season. A total of 15 cruises have arrived in Myanmar this year. Azamara Quest will depart for Penang port in Malaysia on 7th November.
