







The Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win enjoyed the final match of the Inter-Ministerial Universities’ football tournament held in the Wunna Theiddhi play ground honor in the evening on July 4 and awarded the prizes of honor.
Also present at the occasion were the SAC members, Union Level persons, Union Minister, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council, Deputy Minisers and senior officials. The football team (A) of Ministry of Education and the team of Ministry of Natural Resurces and Environmental Conservation played the final match at 3 PM and the team (A) of Ministry of Education beat the latter with 6-1 and secured the championship cup.
After the match, the SAC members awared the medals of the players of the best place and the cash prizes. Then, the SAC member Lt-Gen Yar Pyae presented third prize to the team Ministry of Border Affairs, SAC member Admiral Tin Aung San the second prize to the team Ministry of Natural Resurces and Environmental Conservation and the SAC member General Mya Tun Oo awarded the individual medals and the cash prizes.
Next, the Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win awarded the the championship trophy and 10 million Kyats of cash prize to the team (A) of Ministry of Education which grabbed the first prize.
After the awarding ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win and members cordially greeted the players. The 11 teams competed in the 2023 Inter-Ministerial Universities’ football tournament in three groups from 22nd June to 4th of July.
