Awarding Ceremony: Artistes in “A Red Blanket” honoured

Awarding ceremony for the artistes who participated in the 78th Anniversary Armed Forces Day commemoration film “A Red Blanket” was held at the Bayint Naung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday. Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General MaungMaung Aye, senior military officials, artistes and invited guests attended the event.

This ceremony began with a speech by Chairman of the Leading Committee for Organizing the Armed Forces Day, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye. And, certificates of honour and awards were presented to the artistes who participated in the 78th Anniversary Armed Forces Day commemoration film “A Red Blanket” and to the winners of the military songs, poems and manuscripts competitions. The ceremony also included a tea serving.
