






Outstanding students who passed the matriculation exams for the 2022-2023 academic year were honored at a ceremony on Sunday. The Ministry of Transport and Communications organized the ceremony, which also involved providing stationery to the students who will be attending the 2023-2024 academic year.
Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister, Union Minister Admiral Tin Aung San urged all the students to engage in constant learning in order to become versatile individuals who will bear the state's duties in the future. Following his speech, prizes were presented to the students, and stationery was provided. A total of 162 students, including 3 who received distinctions in all subjects, successfully passed the matriculation exams.
The Union Minister and party later attended a ceremony to honor the athletes who won prizes in the 32nd SEA Games. Ten athletes from the ministry had the opportunity to participate in seven sports events of the SEA Games, and they secured two gold medals in Sepak Takraw and one silver in the Women's Football event.
The Union Minister congratulated them for their achievements, stating that they promote the prestige of the nation and its people. He encouraged everyone to continue their efforts to achieve even more success in the future. This was followed by the presentation of certificates of honor and cash awards.
