Award presenting ceremony: DPM Union Minister provided cash assistance

Award presenting ceremony of the Ministry of Planning and Finance for the outstanding students who passed the 2022-2023 matriculation examination with distinctions and outstanding service personnel and providing cash assistance for the offsprings of the service personnel for 2023-24 Academic Year was held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw with the attendance of the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Planning and Finance U Win Shein, Deputy Ministers and officials.

Speaking at the occasion, the Union Minister stated that the government is focusing on the development of human resources and education sector of the nation.

As the youths will shoulder  the state responsibilities in the future, both physical and mental development of the youths play a crucial role in development of the nation, everyone is encouraged to use their precious time systematically to become qualified citizens for the nation.

Then, the Union Minister, Deputy Ministers and officials presented awards to the outstanding students who passed the 2022-23 matriculation examination with distinctions, outstanding service personnel in the trainings of Civil Service Academy and ministerial level trainings, Championship winner team of SAC Cup in commemoration of 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day, winners of Ministerial level article, essay and poem competition in commemoration of 76th Anniversary of Union Day.

Then, the Union Minister and officials also provided cash assistance to the offsprings of the service personnel for 2023-24 Academic Year. After the ceremony, the Union Minister and party took a documentary photo with the outstanding students and service personnel and cordially greeted them.
