Andrew Forrest, an Australian billionaire who made his fortune in iron ore mining and is working to decarbonize his company's operations and presses fellow industrialists to stop burning fossil fuels, urged his fellow industrialists to go green.

Speaking during an interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos of Switzerland, Andrew said that energy companies must give customers the choice between fossil fuels and green energy.

And, his company plans to use renewable power instead of diesel and natural gas across its energy-intensive mining operations by 2030. He is also betting heavily on green hydrogen, investing billions of dollars into projects to produce the clean fuel by using renewable energy.
