Attending opening ceremony: Mon State CM attended opening of military training

Chairman of Mon State People Military Servants Summoning body Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein attended the opening ceremony of Training (1/2024) for the People Military Servants held at No (4) Military Advance Training School in Thanbyauzayatt Township in the morning of 8th April.

First, the acting commandant of No (4) Military Advance Training School gave an opening speech. Next, the Chief Minister gave an opening speech saying that the comrades who enlisted to serve the country’s defese duty are warmly welcome on behalf of the Tatmadaw and the country and the spirit is everything to overcome the physical and mental trainings.

Next, the Chief Minister and party inspected the dormitory and fulfilled requirements.At the mess hall of the training school, the trainees who attend the people’s military servants training (1/2024) were provided with 8.25 million Kyats of cash assistance by Chief Minister, 1,000 eggs and instant noodle packs by Colonel from the South-East Command and the food containers of fried dry fish by the State Minister for security and border affairs and the acting comandant accepted. After giving words of encouragement, the Chief Minister enjoyed tea with the trainees and cordially greeted them.
