The Chairman of the State Administration Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Services, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, attended and personally supervised the choice of arms for cadets of the 67 Intake of Defense Services Academy (DSA) and choice of arms for cadets of the 27th Intake of the Defense Services Technological Academy separately.
The SAC Chairman Commander In Chief together with the Chief of General Staff (Army, Nay, Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Vice Admiral Htein Win and Senior military officials from the office of the Commander In Chief conducted individual interview and chose the cadets for the suitable units of Defense Services (Army, Navy, Air).After that, Commander In Chief had lunch together with the cadets of DSA and DSTA at the respective mess hall, cordially greeted the cadets and fulfilled requirements.
In the afternoon on 23rd September, SAC Chairman and party visited local Tatmataw hospital in Pyin Oo Lwin, inquired health conditions of the officers and ranks who sustained wounds during the service of Defense for the stability, security and law and order in the country and extended words of encouragement, fulfilled requirements and provided foodstuff.
Commander In Chief also inquired the requirements of the hospital and fulfilled necessary matters upon the reports of the responsible officials.
Then, the Commander In Chief inspected the battalions, units and academies in Pyin Oo Lwin by motorcade.In the morning on the same day, the wife of the SAC Chairman Commander In Chief visited Pyin Oo Lwin People’s Hospital, provided lunch for the patients and cash donation for the hospital and gave words of comfort to the patients in OG and Child Ward.
Next, the wife of the SAC Chairman Commander visited OG and Child Ward of local Tatmadaw Hospital, cordially gave words of comfort to the patients and provided foodstuff. Then, the wife of the SAC Chairman provided lunch for the patients and cash donation for the hospital.
