Attack in Falam: CNF and PDF terrorists target local batallion

CNF and PDF terrorists launched a coordinated attack on the Falam Local Battalion in Chin State on Saturday. The attack began at 2:30 am in the early morning, with the terrorists initiating assaults from four different locations.

Swift response from military officers, Tatmadawmen, and their families, who remained on high alert, led to a counterattack. As a result, the terrorists were forced to retreat to the southwest of the battalion around 3:00 am, resulting in numerous casualties.

Reinforcements arrived promptly and are currently pursuing the retreating terrorists. During the incident, authorities seized weapons, related accessories, and the bodies of the attackers. Some military officers and Tatmadawmen sustained injuries.
