Ashgabat hosts “Golden Age of Turkmens” state creative contest

Winners of the President of Turkmenistan’s state creative contest, “The Golden Age of Turkmens,” were honoured on the stage of the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theatre. The event, organized by the Ministry of Culture, brought together figures from the fields of culture, art, and literature, as well as young pop performers.

In accordance with a decree by the head of state, 118 individuals received state awards. On behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, all laureates were presented with monetary prizes, commemorative diplomas, and gold chains. The celebration concluded with a grand concert featuring the country’s leading masters of the arts.
