







Union Minister for Information, U Maung Maung Ohn, held a meeting with officials from the Myanmar National Symphony Orchestra (MNSO) at Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV) in Yangon on Sunday.
During the meeting, the Union Minister provided instructions for conducting rehearsals to stage modern entertainment in collaboration with artists. He emphasized the need for new uniforms, the production of video clips that complement the music, adjustments in audio and lighting, as well as the creation of news releases and documentary programs.
Following this, the Union Minister met with temporary members of the executive committee of the Myanmar Music Association (Central). They also discussed the committee's work performance over a two-year period and future plans. They also explored how art can contribute to the nation's efforts in achieving peace, stability, and development, and the independent development of artistic works.
The Union Minister encouraged the inclusion of youth artists in the new executive committee. During the meeting, attendees provided updates on their work undertakings, including fundraising and copyright matters.
The Directors-General of MRTV and the Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD) elaborated on their respective areas, and the Union Minister coordinated their needs. They also enjoy program production in Studio (A) and extend warm greetings to the artists.
