Arrival of Rehabilitation Materials: Rakhine State CM inspected those at the port in Sittwe

Under the guidance of the National Disaster Management Committee, supervised by Rakhine State Government and Transport and Communications Work Committee, the rehabilitation items have been transporting to Rakhine State, Chief Minister U Htein Lin, State Ministers and departmental officials inspected the arrival of commodities and construction material from Yangon at the multipurpose port in Sittwe Township in the morning on Sunday.

The Chief Minister and party visited multipurpose port and inspected unloading the foodstuff, commodities, edible oil, health materials, construction materials, furniture materials, firewood substitutes carried by MV CHARITIEs vessel from Yangon. During the inspection, the Chief Minister gave necessary instruction and coordinated with the responsible officials. The MV CHARITIES carried a total of 1514.43 tonnes of cargos, it’s reported.
