Arrest Warrant: Two suspects in multi-faceted criminal case

Hopan District Court issued arrest warrant for two suspects on October 17th. According to a news report, the case involves legal action against Chang Yangbang @ Pao Aik Bang and Xiao Yangbang @ Hou Chui Ding for their involvement in online scams, temptation, kidnapping, solicitations, as well as attempted and assisted crimes in Wa Self-administered Division of Shan State.
