Army to Army: 6th Myanmar-India Staff Talk

The 6th Myanmar-India Army to Army Staff Talk was held at Park Royal Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw on June 11.

During the meeting, Lt. General Ko Ko Oo from the Office of Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services (Army) and India's Joint Director-General of Military Intelligence Major General Charanjeet Singh Dewgun, YSM, ADG MI(A) delivered speeches and exchanged views on respective sectors. Then, the decisions of the meeting and completion of working processes were read out.

During the visit in Myanmar, the Indian delegation visited landmarks in Nay Pyi Taw such as Uppatasanti Pagoda, Maravijaya Buddha Image, Memorial to the Fallen Heroes and Gems Museum. Also, they paid visits to the Inle Lake in Nyaung Shwe Township of southern Shan State and Bogyoke Aung San Market and Shwe Dagon Pagoda in Yangon.
