Argentina open-top bus parade in Qatar after World Cup win

In what will be the first of many celebrations and parades, Argentina's World Cup champions’ squad celebrated with tens of thousands of fans on an open-top bus Lusail boulevard.

Led by Lionel Messi, Argentina won their first world title since 1986, and third overall. They beat France in a penalty shootout after a dramatic 3-3 draw over 120 minutes in Sunday's final. The players are expected to fly back to Buenos Aires to a heroes' welcome after securing a third World Cup trophy and their first since 1986.
