Archery Competition: Archery qualifying competitions held in Nay Pyi Taw

To achieve good results in the international competitions, the qualifying competitions of the selected new generation archery athletes from Nay Pyi Taw Gold Camp and Youth Camp were held on 13rd and 14th of September at Wunnatheikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw.

On Thursday semi-final competitions of Men/Women Recurve and Men/Women Compound and final competitions of Men/Women Compound and Men/Women Recurve were held.

It was followed by award presenting ceremony and the Chairman of Myanmar Olympic Committee Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan, Deputy Minister U Myo Hlaing and presented medals and cash awards to the winners.

The ceremony was also attended by Director General of the Department of Sports and Physical Education and concerned officials from Myanmar Archery Federation.
