Application for establishment: Socio-Economic Promotion Party applied

According to the Section-3 of the Political Parties Registration Law, Socio-Economic Promotion Party, which wants to establish a political party in order to compete in the multiparty democracy general election, applied to the Union Election Commission for the right to develop a political party under the law and regulations on 20th June, 2024.

To date, there are 67 political parties including 17 parties have applied to establish as a political party under Section-3 and 50 parties have applied for the right to continue as political parties and registration under Section 25 of the Political Parties Registration Law. The Union Election Commission continues to verify the right to establish and register these parties.
