AO DAI PARADE ON THE STREETS OF HANOI ON NATIONAL DAY

On the 78th Anniversary of  Vietnamese National Day which falls on September 2, an Ao Dai Parade through various streets of Hanoi is scheduled.

It signals the beginning of the "Hanoi Ao Dai Festival 2023" series of events. Hundreds of people gathered from early morning to participate in this meaningful event wearing Ao Dai traditional attires. The group paraded and cycled through various major streets of the capital city Hanoi, passing by many historical and tourist attractions.

Each citizen is urged to have awareness and responsibility to promote the capital city's values and rich cultural identity to visitors and international friends. This inaugural "Ao Dai Connecting Tourism and Heritage" programme is set to recur annually, coinciding with September 2 National Day.
