Anti-Online Scams Law : Enactment of Anti-Online Scams Law

Pyiduangsu Hluttaw has enacted the Anti-Online Scams Law (2026 Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 3) on July 31, 2026. It includes 12 Chapters and 63 Sections. The new law aims to address and prevent online scam activities and related cybercrime, with measures to strengthen efforts against fraudulent activities conducted through digital platforms.
