Another lake dries up due to drought

In Kars, eastern Türkiye, Asboga Lake, an important habitat for migratory birds has receded by about 60 meters due to ongoing drought and a lack of rainfall. At an altitude of 2,007 meters, the lake covers an area of 237,243 square meters. It provides shelter to various bird species.
