Announcement: Relaxation for Ex-Service Personnel listed in Black Lists

The Information Team of the State Administration Council issued an announcement on Friday, easing restrictions for ex-service personnel listed in black lists.

It stated that service personnel from Union Level Organizations and Union Ministries have abandoned their workplaces due to various circumstances without permission, leading to their inclusion in the black lists of the concerned departments.

This situation has resulted in a loss of human resources for the country, while these individuals face social hardships. To alleviate these difficulties, relaxation measures will be provided based on the reasons for their desertion, within the bounds of the law. It is hereby announced that ex-service personnel are required to report back to their respective departments as of July 15th.
