Amendment of PHWL: SAC enacted PHWL Amendment Law

The State Administration Council issued the enactment of the Petroleum Hand-dug Well Amendment Law which is SAC Law No. 18/2024 on 12th March, 2024 under Section-419 of the Constitution.

The amended law includes the amendment of the name of the law of Section-1, subsection (b) of the Section-2. The enactment of the amendment law was signed by the Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
