The Ambassador of Uzbekistan visits the city of Portsmouth

Uzbekistan’s Ambassador visited the city of Portsmouth in order to establish cooperation relations between trade, investment, cultural-humanitarian, and higher education institutions with the regions of Great Britain, as well as to discuss bilateral prospective plans.

During the visit, there were meetings with Portsmouth Lord Mayor Jason Fazacarli, Hampshire County Chamber of Commerce Chairman Ross McNally and Portsmouth University Vice-Chancellor Chris Chang. Portsmouth is also of great importance as a seaport. It is an important transport and trade center between Britain and Western European countries.
