Alpine Skiing and Snowboard City Championships Held in Kars

The high-altitude slopes of the Sarikamis Ski Center recently played host to the Alpine Skiing and Snowboard City Championship, bringing together the region’s top winter athletes for a day of intense competition.

Located at an altitude of 2,634 meters, the Ski Center, famed for its unique “crystal snow” served as the perfect backdrop for the event. Organized by the Kars Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in coordination with the Turkish Ski Federation, the races featured 76 athletes competing across 15 different categories.
