Aid Provision: Aid to temporarily displaced persons in Bhamo

Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan on Friday met with temporarily displaced persons taking shelter in the compound of the Shan Literature and Culture office in Bhamo Township.

Pledging to fulfill the requirements, the Chief Minister and officials provided foodstuffs worth over 5 million Kyats. There, the Chief Minister also inspected the consumer goods production course and buildings and gave necessary instructions.

Also, he met with the governmental employees taking shelter in Bhamo Township, gave words of encouragement and provided 30 million Kyats. The Chief Minister also met with temporarily displaced persons at the Thukha Wadi Monastery and provided foodstuffs before coordinating with concerned officials to fulfill the requirements. Also, the Chief Minister and officials met with temporarily displaced persons at the Sasana Lin Yaung Chi Monastery provided foodstuffs worth over 9 million Kyats and snacks.
