Agriculture Industry: Demonstration of paddy seeds sowing by seeder

To encourage the farmers and growers to be able to use the agricultural techniques systematically and to reduce the agricultural input cost, demonstration of the sowing paddy seeds by using (10 Rows) Seeder was conducted under the supervision of No. 46 Agricultural Mechanization Department in plot No. 910 of monsoon paddy plantation in Kanthargyi  Village, Pwint Phyu Township in Magway Region with the attendance of the Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin.

First, the Chief Minister and officials inspected the demonstration of sowing paddy seeds by using (10 Rows) Seeder. Then, the Chief Minister and party met with the local farmers and growers and highlighted the transformation processes of agriculture sector to Mechanized Agriculture.

Nowadays, the government is encouraging the widely use of seeders which can be used along with the tractors and cultivators to increase yielding rate and to reduce agricultural cost and the difficulties faced in planting crops.

As the required agricultural machines can also be purchased through the related departments and companies, the framers and growers can enhance their planting tasks by using the modern machines systematically, he added.

Then, an officer clarified the use of the (10 Rows) Seeder and the Chief Minister coordinated the reports and discussions. Then, the Chief Minister and officials met with members of Phoo Pwint Cooperative Ltd  and heard sector wise reports and coordinated the requirements.
