Aftermath of deadly car bombing in Afghan capital

A car bomb blast that rocked Afghanistan's capital Sunday morning killed at least eight people. Official said that more than 15 others were wounded in the attack including a member of parliament. There was no immediate admission of responsibility from any group.

The Islamic State movement has claimed responsibility for multiple attacks in the capital of Kabul in recent months. Violence in Afghanistan has spiked even as Taliban and Afghan government negotiators meet to hammer out a peace deal to end decades of war in the country.
