In Jhal Magsi, one of the worst affected areas in Pakistan's Baluchistan province from deadly monsoon rains in the impoverished country, villages, crops and roads were still covered in flood water.

People had no choice but to live in tents set up by the government and NGO's in the area. During a special visit in Pakistan, the U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the world is obligated to provide "massive" amounts of relief to the country.

Near 1,400 people have been killed, 13,000 injured and millions left homeless by the heavy flooding.  As part of the aid effort, three more US military planes, loaded with tons of supplies, landed in Sindh province on Sunday.
