Additional Incentive: 30,000 kyats additional incentive for state service personnel

30,000 kyats will be provided as an additional incentive to state service personnel every month. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the welfare of civil service staff and members of the Tatamadaw (Army, Navy, Air) in addition to their existing monthly salaries.

Furthermore, daily wage workers employed by government departments and organizations will receive an additional incentive of 1,000 kyats on top of their current wage, which is set at 4,800 kyats for an 8-hour workday. The Ministry of Planning and Finance has already issued an announcement regarding the implementation of this additional incentive.
