Academy Awards: MOI Union Minister inspects the preparation measures

A work coordination meeting for successful organizing of Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards Presenting Ceremony was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Information in the afternoon on 20th April.

Chairman of Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards Presentation Ceremony Leading Committee, Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn said that the best preparations are making for awarding the prizes to the outstanding artistes and professionals for development of movie industry.

He urged all the artists to join the celebration of Academy Awards Presenting Ceremony, and the fashion award will be chosen among the attended artistes. Chairman of Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards Presenting Ceremony Organizing Committee, Deputy Minister U Ye Tint and Secretary of the Organizing Committee reported the plans for the ceremony.

And then, the Art Director from the Nebula X Entertainment Co., Ltd explained the stage design. And the attendees made discussions for organizing the Academy Awards ceremony successfully.

The Union Minister elaborated on the discussions. After the meeting, the Union Minister and partywent to the Open Theatre near Nay Pyi Taw City Hall, and inspected the construction progress of the academy stage, media zone and red carpet area, construction of archway, installation of lighting, LED and sound system, spectators chairs and entertainment stages.
