The Department of Teachers Education under the Ministry of Education organized fresher welcoming ceremony of Pre Primary Teacher Training No. 9/2023 for 2023-2024 academic year at Pyi Nyar Beikman Hall of Magway Education Degree College on Tuesday.
Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin and concerned officials attended the ceremony. In his opening remarks, the Chief Minister said that this is 43-day PPTT course and 500 teacher trainees from each township of Magway Region are attending the course.
The Chief Minister urged the teachers to promote their skills by constant learning on the subjects, knowledge and developing education system to become qualified teachers for the country. And Principal of Magway Education Degree College clarified opening of the training course and 4-year regular courses.
The ceremony was concluded with the entertainments of the trainees and the Chief Minister presented cash awards.
