8th edition of India-UK joint military exercise

The 8th edition of India-UK Joint Military Exercise ‘Ajeya Warrior-25’ concluded on Sunday at Mahajan Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan.

Over the past two weeks, 240 personnel from the Indian Army’s Sikh Regiment and the UK Army’s Royal Gurkha Rifles conducted intensive counter-terrorism training in semi-urban terrain under a UN mandate. The exercise featured joint tactical drills, heliborne operations, room intervention, cordon-and-search techniques, and operational planning.
