5th Congress of AACC: Chairman of The Constitutional Tribunal Joined The Meeting

Chairman of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union U Tha Htay and member U Kyaw Hsan attended the 5thCongress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts (AACC) and Equivalent Institutions and the Board of Member Meeting via online from 18th to 19th August.
The Chairman read out the paper, titled “the Constitutional Review in Challenging Times”. The meeting was organized by the Alternate Chairman of AACC Mongolian Constitutional Court under the theme “Recent Development of Constitutional Justice in Asia”. Chief Justices, Chairmen and Judges from AACC member countries joined the meeting, and shared knowledge and experiences.
